Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions and public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

Senthoor Tex provides delivery across India, subject to courier service availability in the selected postal code.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp. Customers may also use the Track Order page available on our website.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and postal code. Senthoor Tex will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
